Dispatch is when your piece leaves OOS. Dispatch time varies by design and size, and the date above is saved on your order. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination.

Eligible ready-to-ship, unaltered items may be requested for exchange or store credit within 48 hours of delivery, primarily where there is a fitting issue.

Every piece is thoroughly checked before dispatch. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed and returned with all tags and original packaging. Altered, made-to-measure and final-sale items are not eligible.

Return courier charges are borne by the customer. Please use a tracked, insured service; OOS cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

How to request a return

1. Contact OOS within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the fitting issue and clear photographs.
2. Wait for return instructions before sending the item.
3. Send the approved item in its original condition so that it reaches OOS within 7 days of delivery.
