Return & Refund Policy (OOS)

We make couture-level ethnic wear with great care. To keep quality high and pricing fair, we follow the policy below.

What is eligible

• Exchange or store credit only (no refunds) for ready-to-ship, unaltered items.

• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery and the parcel must reach us within 7 days in the original condition: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, with all tags/labels and packaging.

Not eligible (final sale)

• Altered / custom-measurement / made-to-order pieces

• Blouses, stitched garments, accessories, or items bought on sale/promotions

• Items showing wear, stains, fragrance, damage, or with tags removed

• International orders (exchange not offered due to customs logistics, unless there is a manufacturing defect)

Color & hand-work disclaimer

Minor shade variation can occur due to screen settings and studio lighting. Hand embroidery and dye lots may have small, natural variations—these are features of handcrafted garments, not defects.

Size & measurements

We price one price for all sizes—no size discrimination. When you provide measurements for alterations, accept a tolerance of ±0.5 inch as per industry practice.

Damaged/incorrect item

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos (an unboxing video helps). We’ll review and either repair/replace, or issue a store credit if replacement is not possible.

Returns process

1. Email/WhatsApp us (details below) with order number, reason, and photos.

2. Once approved, we’ll share the return address.

   • India: You may ship back via any insured courier; return shipping is borne by the customer.

3. After quality check, we issue store credit (valid 6 months) or dispatch the exchange size/style.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed.

• Custom/alteration orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if we are unable to fulfill your order after payment. Duties, shipping fees, and payment gateway fees are not refundable.
