Where we ship

• India: Pan-India delivery.

• International: Selected countries via express partners (duties/taxes borne by recipient).

Processing & dispatch

• Ready-to-ship: Usually 1–60 business days.

• Alterations / made-to-measure: 7 – 60 business days (product page will show an estimated dispatch by date).

Transit timelines (indicative)

• India: 2–6 business days post-dispatch.

• International: 5–15 business days post-dispatch (customs may add time).

Shipping fees

• India: Often Free Shipping (as shown at checkout).

• International: Charged at actuals—calculated at checkout or shared by our team.

Taxes, duties & customs

• International orders: All import duties, taxes, brokerage are payable by the customer to the carrier/customs. Refusal to pay may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed; shipping/duties are non-refundable.

Delivery attempts

Couriers make multiple attempts and may contact you by phone. Undeliverable parcels returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer’s cost.

Payment methods

• Prepaid only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
