Where we ship
- India: pan-India delivery.
- International: the countries listed below, via express courier partners. Duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

- North America: United States, Canada
- United Kingdom and Europe: United Kingdom, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland
- Middle East and Asia: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong
- Australia and New Zealand: Australia, New Zealand
If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering and we will check whether we can ship to you.
Processing and dispatch
- Dispatch takes a minimum of 5 days and currently up to 70 days for some made-to-order designs, for orders within India and international orders.
- Each product page shows a “Dispatch by” date for the size you choose. The same date is saved on your order and shown in your order confirmation.
- Custom-measurement and altered pieces follow the dispatch date shown on the product page unless our team confirms a different date with you.
Delivery after dispatch
- Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and your destination (customs clearance may add time for international orders). Tracking details are shared as soon as your order ships.
Shipping fees
India: free shipping.
International: charged by the total weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices and currency for international orders
- All prices and shipping fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Your card issuer or bank converts the amount to your local currency at its own exchange rate and may add its own fee.
- Prices shown to customers outside India may differ from prices shown within India.
Taxes, duties and customs
- International orders: all import duties, taxes and brokerage are payable by the customer to the carrier or customs. These charges are set by your country and are not included in the product price or the shipping fee. Refusal to pay may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed; shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.
- Customs rules differ by country. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Delivery attempts
Couriers make multiple attempts and may contact you by phone. Undeliverable parcels returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer’s cost.
Payment methods
- Prepaid only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
