1. Products & pricing

We strive for accurate product, price, and availability information, but errors may occur. We may correct such errors and cancel orders that could not be fulfilled, with a full refund.

2. Orders

We may limit or refuse any order (e.g., suspected resale/fraud). Provide accurate billing, shipping and contact details.

3. Payment

All orders are prepaid via approved gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree). You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for the order total, including taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping & risk

Dispatch and transit estimates are guidelines. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address/carrier as applicable. International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes.

5. Returns/Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content, images, designs, and trademarks on the Site are owned by OOS or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

7. Prohibited uses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
