Track online
- Tap View my orders above (or the account icon at the top of the website).
- Enter the email address you used for your order. We will email you a one-time code to sign in — no password needed.
- Open your order to see its status, the dispatch date and, once shipped, the courier tracking link.
From your email
Your order confirmation email has a View your order button. When your piece is dispatched we send a shipping email (and SMS) with the courier name and tracking number.
Your Dispatch by date is shown on your order. Made-to-order and custom-fit pieces leave us on that date; delivery follows in a few days depending on your pin code.
