We collect the measurements and fitting notes you voluntarily provide to customise your garment. This data is used only to produce, alter, and support your order (including sharing strictly-necessary details with tailors and logistics partners).
We communicate order updates via email/phone and may also use WhatsApp Business for faster support. Messaging platforms process your phone number and message content under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal data. To access, correct, or request deletion of your measurement notes (where legally permitted), contact contact@oosind.com or WhatsApp +91 78378 38801.
This Addendum supplements our main Privacy Policy and applies to all orders placed at oosind.com.
