At OOS, every piece is made with thoughtful craftsmanship. Here are answers to common questions to help you shop with confidence.
1. Do you offer custom sizing or a full custom fit?
Yes. Every design can be tailored to your measurements. On the product page, open “Need a custom fit?” above the Add to cart button and add your measurements, or share them with our stylist on WhatsApp.
2. How long will my order take to dispatch and deliver?
Each piece is either ready to ship or made to order, depending on the design and handwork, so dispatch time varies from piece to piece.
- Dispatch: a minimum of 5 days, and currently up to 70 days for some made-to-order designs. Each product page shows the exact “Dispatch by” date for the size you choose, and the same date is saved on your order. This applies to orders within India and international orders.
- Delivery: after dispatch, delivery time depends on the courier and your destination. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
If you need your order sooner, WhatsApp us and we will check the earliest possible dispatch.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across India and to selected international destinations. The countries we currently ship to are listed at checkout.
4. Who pays customs duties on international orders?
Customs duties and import taxes are charged under the laws of the destination country and are paid by the customer directly.
5. Can I exchange or return my product?
Eligible ready-to-ship, unaltered pieces with a fitting issue can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Garments must be unworn, unaltered and in their original condition with all tags. Altered, custom-measurement and made-to-order pieces are not eligible.

6. What if the size I need is not listed?
We support all sizes. Please WhatsApp us and we will help you with a custom fit.
