What we check
- Fabric and colour – no marks, pulls or uneven dye.
- Embroidery and hand-work – zari, gota, sequins and threadwork secure and complete.
- Stitching and finishing – seams, hems, linings and loose threads.
- Size and measurements – the piece matches the size you ordered; custom measurements are checked within ±0.5 inch.
- Packing – folded and packed with care so it reaches you as it left us.
The beauty of hand-work
Small variations in hand embroidery and handcrafted details are part of the character of each piece, not defects. Colours can look slightly different on screens and under studio lighting.
